Okay, this is basically just a lighting/saturation exercise based on a very vivid dream that I had last night.
I was walking through the woods, and the air smelled distinctly like autumn. That part was nice, but I had this strange feeling that someone or something was watching me. I looked over my shoulder and realized that nothing was there, not even a bird or a squirrel. It was just... weird. It felt weird.
I wish you'd stop whining about liking your own work, 'cause I think this looks nice. The misty atmosphere really sets the story well. That the female isn't in the center of the picture and therefore the center of attention is also really nice.
You know how it is. We're our own worst critics. Thank you!

I love this image. It grabbed my attention immediately.
It's wonderfully composed, and has a strangely haunting mood. Perhaps this feeling is similar to what you experienced in your dream. The woods certainly look rather creepy, and the mist adds to that feeling of unease.
The girl's expression and posture also suggest the feeling of "being watched". Yet, she looks like she belongs in the forest, and fits in well with the imagery. You've certainly managed to convey your dream very well in this work. Great Artwork.
I think that was the intention of the stock artists. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I'm glad my creepy dream amounted to something people like.
